| When will my order be shipped? | |
| All orders placed on our website will be shipped within 48 hours. Most of the time we can promise same-day shipping however it depends on what time of day you place your order. Orders shipping to domestic locations (within the United States) will generally ship by USPS Priority mail, which takes approximately 2-3 days. Fedex is also an option for domestic orders if faster shipping is necessary. All international shipments will be shipped by Fedex and that generally takes 4-10 days depending on your location. | |

| We do offer expedited shipping if you have a special request. Our shopping cart does offer expedited shipping options for you during checkout. Any orders placed after 3pm PST will be shipped the following business day. | First, make sure you're following the rules
of the promotion you wish to access. If you're experiencing
a problem, it may be due to certain items in your
cart 'not qualifying' for that promotion. To take
advantage of the Free Shipping offer you must have
at least two items in your shopping cart then "select"
the free shipping option from the dropdown box.

| Do your rash guards work in swimming pools? How do they last in chlorine and what do you recommend? | |
| Our rash guards do work in swimming pools, hot
tubs, jucuzzi's, rivers, lakes, the ocean, bath
tubs, and just about anywhere and everywhere you
want to get wet. Even though our rash guards are
great for pools and chlorinated water, we advise
you follow these instructions if the water you're
using them in is chlorinated. 1) Rinse the garment out completely with fresh water after exposure to chlorine. 2) DO NOT allow the garment to dry in the sun light because this will cause it to dry out to much and may comprimise the integrity of the stitching and fabric quality. 3) Educate others who use the garment about these two chlorine rules. |

| Do your rash guards offer sun protection? What is the SPF (sun protection factor) and do you have proof? | |
| We use advanced technology and proprietary fabrics to ensure total SPF protection for you and your whole family. The most recent rating our garments received from the Australian Laboratory of Radiation is 97.5% UV/UVA protection. If you have no idea what that means... That's an oustanding rating! This rating means that you can wear our rash guards in the harshest direct sun light and you will not be burned through the garment. | When I go to checkout from eBay there is no size option... what do I do? | |
| eBay is a tricky marketplace when you're buying
or selling products with size, sleeve, and color
options. We use our best technical skills to allow
you options during checkout on eBay, however sometimes
it doesn't work as smoothly as we would like. A
simple solution that saves time would be to just
go ahead with the checkout process and when you
see the "Order Notes" box, enter your requested
size/color/sleeve requests into that box. Every
order is reviewed by our shipping department and
they will see whatever notes you leave them. Please

| Domestic shipping is calculated differently than International shipping. For domestic shipping we use USPS Priority Mail unless you specify otherwise. International shipping will be shipped by Fedex. We often provide Free Shipping promotions which will change from time to time, however the general rule is that if promotion allows Free Shipping for domestic orders, International shipping becomes discounted by 50%. If you have an issue with the free shipping offer, please make sure you have at least two items in your cart and then select the free shipping option. | |
